Downrigger Double Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (2025) // 13.6%

Aged first for 3 months in Brazilian balsamo casks, then finished with a long, slow 15 months in oak bourbon barrels, this imperial stout delivers comforting warmth from the balsamo, layered with deep dark fruit, rich oak, and a lingering finish.

If lures could speak, they’d tell tales of darkness.

Fresh Lines Double Hazy IPA // 8.0%

A double fresh, double sesh, double dry hopped, double IPA encapsulating the balance of adrenaline and zen flowing through your veins during a fresh, deep, chesty line. Brewed in honor of the never-ending pursuit of fresh blankets of white.

Perry? Perry! Perry is another name for 100% pear cider, it’s also the name of a british lad who calls pear cider perry. This perry is crafted for the most distinguished individual from the choicest of pears to complement a most riveting discussion.

LIfe on Marsanne Orange Wine Saison // 7.5%

This saison was spontaneously, open top fermented in oak on Marsanne grape must. It then mellowed in Chardonnay barrels for twelve months before being bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces. It’s a beautiful balance of robust, bone dry saison character and funky, light fruit white wine. It’s deeply complex, effervescent and our double down on a dying breed of beers.

Prime time table Sour // 6.0%

Our flagship-ish table sour is the perfect dinner companion. Complex, rich and improving with age. Also though, it's quite sour, which isn't great for the metaphor. It's delicious! Fermented with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces.

Snow Daze Hazy IPA // 6.5%

Our winter hazy. It captures the dizzying, fleeting magic of frozen ponds and snow days. It’s our little snow dance in the end of October to plead with the winter gods. Brewed with all crypo hops, cause winter is cold. Citra, Idaho 7, Mosaic & Krush.

Disc dog pilsner // 5.6%

Toss a disc and enjoy this crisp lager as your best friend searches for the disc only to find another so you can keep tossing disc to dog all day. Inspired by a conversation with a legendary German brewer, Disc Dog is our go-to year-round lager!

Our flagship stout. We brewed Silt Stout with milk sugar to counter this dark beer’s natural roastiness. Languid as a milky glacial lake, this thick, sweet beer nourishes the palate with a creamy, silken body.
