Cabin Candle Stout // 6.8%

A warm, cozy stout with a full breadth of roasty-toastiness. Notes of soggy rain gear, musty wood, melted wax and light smoke.

House Cider // 6.9%

Juneau Alaska’s very first locally made cider! Crafted to be relatively strong, rich, dry, clean and chuggable. The lightest sweetness carries a warmth that can complement an evening at the fireplace or an afternoon in the sun.

Saison de la Pear // 6.5%

A dry saison, balanced by a light, lingering sweetness from pear. Brewed in traditional saison fashion with what was available, like some extra pear we needed to use.

Water World Double HAzy IPA // 8.0%

Thick as the depths from which it was pulled, Water World conjures rich flavors of dabloons and creatures of mystery.

Good Times Trail Ale hazy pale // 5.0%

We brewed this with the Juneau Mountain Bike Alliance to commemorate the opening of the Thunder Mountain Bike Park. 10% of sales of this beer go straight to the Juneau Mountain Bike Alliance to further support trail work in the community.

Tube Creek Hazy IPA // 6.6%

Pink-182 Dragonfruit & Prickly Pear Fruited Sour // 6.0%

All the, pink fruit. Squeezed in, the beer. I’ll take one sip, you’re right, that’s it. Say it ain’t so, it will not go - in a can, it’s a taproom exclusive... Nanananananananaananaaaa

LIfe on Marsanne Orange Wine Saison // 7.5%

This saison was spontaneously, open top fermented in oak on Marsanne grape must. It then mellowed in Chardonnay barrels for twelve months before being bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces. It’s a beautiful balance of robust, bone dry saison character and funky, light fruit white wine. It’s deeply complex, effervescent and our double down on a dying breed of beers.
