Bruxo Bier Belgian Pale Ale // 6.5%

*Gluten Reduced* A tribute to the great, modern beers of Bruxelles. We took a traditional approach to a Belgian recipe but added a light American bitterness and dry hopped with tiny bit of Talus.

Our winter hazy. It captures the dizzying, fleeting magic of frozen ponds and snow days. It’s our little snow dance in the end of October to plead with the winter gods. Brewed with all crypo hops, cause winter is cold. Citra, Idaho 7, Mosaic & Krush.

The perfect fall treat! An apple pie inspired mouthful of an ale fermented on apple pie filling, spiced with nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, and graham cracker!!!

Silt Milk Stout // 5.6%

Our flagship stout. We brewed Silt Stout with milk sugar to counter this dark beer’s natural roastiness. Languid as a milky glacial lake, this thick, sweet beer nourishes the palate with a creamy, silken body.

Holy Diver Belgian Golden Strong // 7.1%

Ride the tiger! Brewed with the good people from Black Spruce Brewing & Harbor Mountain Brewing Juneau!! A three-way collab!!! Strong, crisp and lightly spiced with grains of paradise, coriander and orange peel. 

Napoleon Complex Grisette // 4.0%

After two years at Devil’s Club team members get to design and brew their dream beer! For Jack, that meant a grisette. From Jack: “Dry, peppery spice, pear fruitiness, balancing herbal hop bitterness, and big wheat malt flavor that lingers in the aftertaste.”
