ABOUT: This easy-going half marathon is welcome to all! Run, walk, bike, rollerblade, skateboard, unicycle, scooter, pogo stick, kayak - you get the idea! As long as your body powers it, it’s fair game!

COURSE ROUTE: The Course Route is from one taproom to the other, in any direction you choose – begin at Devil’s Club Brewing and end at Forbidden Peak Brewery, or start at Forbidden Peak and end at Devil’s Club! There is not a designated course (you choose your favorite route), except that EGAN IS LAVA! Don’t track your route on Egan Highway at any point. Don’t touch it, don’t even think about it.

DAY OF: To begin, sign in at one Taproom and sign out at the other between Friday, April 24 and Sunday, May 10! Plan accordingly – each taproom is open 11am to 8pm or 9pm depending on the day!

PRIZES: Enjoy any beverage of your choice at your finish line - included in ticket price!! The first 250 starters will receive Egan is Lava SOCKS!

MEDALS: Get a group of family, friends, and neighbors and participate together! One individual or team that best represents the following categories will receive Egan is Lava MEDALS!

o   Largest Herd Costume

o   Best Decorated Bike

o   Most Prehistoric

To earn a medal, upload a photo to social media and use the hashtag #EganIsLava

KICK OFF PARTIES:

Forbidden Peak will be hosting a Kick Off Party Saturday, April 25th 2-5pm and Devil’s Club will be hosting a Kick Off Party Sunday, April 26th 2-5pm
